The Crozer-Keystone Village (CK Village), a division of CKHS Senior Health Services, provides access to a community of health and wellness services, including trusted Crozer-Keystone affiliated service providers ready to make life easier for active adults age 50 and over.
As the largest provider of quality health care services in Delaware County, Crozer-Keystone Health System has the unique ability to help our CK Village members more easily access and coordinate the health care services they need.
In addition, CKHS Senior Health Services has strong partnerships with agencies serving the active adult and the aging population throughout Delaware County and surrounding areas. Building on this solid foundation, the Crozer-Keystone Village can help members access high quality services and assistance for daily living needs such as transportation, meals, home repairs, bill paying and much more.
And, if you have aging parents or a disabled, dependent child over 18, your Village membership will cover their needs as well.
