Are there age restrictions for members?
Primary members must be age 50 or over. However, your membership will also cover services for any dependent disabled children age 18 or over, as well as for your aging parents and dependent older adults as long as they live in the service area.
What geographic areas do you serve?
Crozer-Keystone Village services are available in Delaware County and the southeastern portion of Chester County. We believe with the growing demands of our active adult community we will expand our service area in the future.
What is the cost of a Crozer-Keystone Village membership?
A membership costs $49.95 per month for up to four people, or $25 per month for one person, and is renewable on an annual basis on the anniversary date of the membership.
What is included in my membership?
The Crozer-Keystone Village helps members more easily access and coordinate the health care services they need. We also help members access high-quality services and assistance for daily living needs such as transportation, meals, home repairs, bill paying and much more. Members also have access to special discounts from service providers, museums and cultural arts activities and member-only events and programs. All of these benefits are also available to the member’s aging parents, older dependent adults and dependent disabled children.
Is there a service provider list available for me to choose from?
Members receive a comprehensive list of service providers in 15 categories such as transportation, household tasks and services, meals and groceries, home health care providers, educational programs, restaurants, entertainment and special events. Members will receive an updated list on a quarterly basis in electronic and printed formats.
Do I have to make the phone calls to the service providers myself?
No. Your personal Navigator will make all phone calls and arrangements with service providers on your behalf. Your Navigator will become your personal concierge.
What should I expect from my Navigator?
Your personal Navigator will help you access any one of a network of health care providers and daily living services, and ensure that you receive special discounts where appropriate. Your Navigator will make phone calls and arrangements with Crozer-Keystone Village service providers on your behalf. Your Navigator will also serve as a single point of contact with all health care providers, schedule your medical appointments and provide proactive follow-up for health screening tests, immunizations and other medical care. Your Navigator will not only remind you of your annual screenings but will arrange for you to attend.
If there is a medical emergency, how do you help?
During a medical emergency, members should call 911. If a member is admitted to any Crozer-Keystone hospital, the Crozer-Keystone Village will be notified and your personal Navigator will make sure the hospital staff knows that you are a Village member, and work with them to support you throughout your hospital stay.
Why should I join if I am in good health?
When you join the Crozer-Keystone Village, you are planning for a future time when you may need help in your home. Life can change suddenly, and a Village membership gives you the security of knowing that you will have help when you need it. You may also join the Crozer-Keystone Village on behalf of your aging parent, a dependent older adult or dependent disabled child. Your membership not only ensures that you’re planning for your own future, but you’re also providing for the health care and home maintenance needs of these loved ones.
How do you ensure the quality of the services I will receive?
The Crozer-Keystone Village ensures that all of its affiliated service providers are of the highest quality. First, by selecting those who have earned a reputation for outstanding service in the community and, second, by requiring them to validate that they are in good standing with the licensing or governing organizations related to their services. As the Village grows, we will conduct member satisfaction surveys and share those results with all members. In addition, members will be able to make recommendations to each other about the services they have used.
What if I need a service that is not on the list of provided services?
Your personal Crozer-Keystone Village Navigator will find that service on your behalf and negotiate a provider membership with that company. The Crozer-Keystone Village is an ever-growing community of service providers that will continue to expand based on the needs of our members.
How do I enroll?
