The Crozer-Keystone Village is designed to help people age 50 and over access reliable resources to meet their health care needs as well as many other personal daily living needs.
For a membership fee of $49.95 per month, you and your aging parents (or disabled, dependent child over age 18) will receive the assistance of the Crozer-Keystone Village Navigator in accessing and coordinating multiple services from health care systems and Crozer-Keystone Village preferred providers. Single memberships are also available for $25 per month.
With one phone call to 1-800-CKHS-KEY (1-800-254-7539), members are connected to a Village Navigator who will personally help them access any one of a network of health care and community business service providers. Our members will benefit from a concierge-type service and enjoy special discounts from many of the Village partners.
